I’m so interested to know about those commonalities. These men seem to play by a playbook, so for those who have suffered them, we become sisters of a sort.
This resonates a lot. Although for me, I eat when I’m miserable, delighted, tired, well rested, full or hungry… it still has a big hold on me. I love your definition of sin, will definitely read your other posts in this series
I mean one of the worst things about food is that we have to keep eating it, even if we have a troubled relationship with it. It’s like telling an alcoholic they have to find a way to drink in moderation.
Seeing sin this way has been very freeing for me. All the judgement is stripped out.

Exactly. I do not drink at all these days, because I don’t have a “moderation” setting.
Impressive devil donut image!
It was exactly what I was looking for 😁
Hi! Our childhood relationships with food (or rather the lack of) sound similar.
I love cake.
They tell me I am too weighty for cake :(
I have a bite of biscuit with my tea and feel unvirtuous.
Why does Sin taste so good?!
Beautiful, beautiful piece! So true and so deliciously written. ❤️
Thank you, Shoshana; so glad you enjoyed it 💜
