Introduction to EFT Tapping
Releasing troubling emotions from anxiety to deep trauma
I’ve mentioned in a few of my pieces over the last few months how useful EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) aka ‘tapping’ has been for me. It has helped me manage day-to-day emotions (e.g. reducing anxiety) as well as clearing the emotion from deep-seated trauma, enabling me to operate much more calmly in the world, and also to be able to express myself with balance and clarity, particularly in my writing.
This Saturday (5th October) at 5.30pm BST I’ll be running an introduction to tapping (with practical demonstration) on ZOOM.
I will be looking for volunteers, so think about an immediate emotional issue (for demonstration purposes, no major trauma is advisable) you might want to release.
